Payment Policy

All payments for Course Media production essentials services, including video preparation, studio recording, content organisation, and production support, must be made in Australian dollars via approved methods. Invoices are issued upon order confirmation and are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Full refunds may be provided if services have not commenced. Partial refunds apply where work has begun, minus costs incurred. No refunds are available after content delivery and approval.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be requested in writing. Fees may apply based on the stage of production.
